Paid together with the Success Fee (Step 2) before international

Q. What if my item is not found?
A. If we cannot find your item after completing our search, no Success Fee is charged. During our current campaign, the initial fee is $0(FREE).
Q. What kind of items can you not handle?
A. We cannot handle items that are prohibited from international shipping, such as stand-alone mobile batteries, flammable liquids (perfume, lighters), or cash.
Q. How long does it take?
A. Once we receive your application form, we typically start the process within 24 hours. The time to retrieve and ship your item it depends on the facility’s rules and the shipping method you choose.

During our current campaign, the initial fee is $0(FREE).Prohibited Items: We cannot ship items prohibited by international aviation law (e.g., standalone batteries, aerosols).
Liability: We are not liable for damage or loss during transit by third-party couriers (FedEx/DHL/EMS) or confiscation by customs.

Collection of Information: We collect your name, address, email, phone number, and ID (Passport) solely for the purpose of retrieving and shipping your
item.Use of Information: Your data is used only for communication with you, the facility holding your item, and the shipping courier.
Third-Party Disclosure: We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or for the purpose of the recovery/shipping
